Mary seem to come out a day after I work my forearms and lats. Climbing took its toll and that 12 round goal will have to wait.

People usually don’t set PRs two days in a row. I did not defy that convention. My arms were shot from yesterday’s strict chins. So lotsa rest between the pull-ups. I’ve decided to do more damage with the rings and practise some good form. I’ll hit Mary fresh next time.
