Feeling sore in the legs so decided to give this a shot. A long time ago, this was my staple during the globo gym days. She’s not featured frequently anymore ever since there were other stuff to play with. This was a good test to see how far my push and pull strength has come. I’m definitely getting stronger in both departments. This was made even spicier when we raised the ante by setting strict pull-ups.

Small improvements are better than no improvements at all. I noticed that my performance exponentially diminishes after the first set. What could be the root cause? Longer breaks as the workout progresses? Could be.

Finished with some flexor stretches. I’m still on course for my goal of 12 strict pull-ups and able to sit cross-legged by the end of Jan. Thank God, the hotel I’m staying during Chinese New Year has a gym!
