So this is turning out to be quite an crazy epic week. It didn’t hit me until I got the PR on the press. I’ve been trying hit it for a long time. I reckon there would be more in the tank if I had gone for singles instead. But this is training, not a competition. Fueled by that milestone, I went out to cut a whole 3 minutes off my last time for Annie. This gave me confidence. Mainly because it’s not my double unders that are the issue anymore, but my sit-ups. Which have improved somewhat. At least I could focus more on those now.

I don’t quite understand how I could be slower than 2 minutes in a space of a couple of days. It is probably due to the legs or lack thereof.
